1. Absolutely no adult, hate or deceptive advertising. The webmaster reserves the right to remove any advertisement that is objectionable in content or image.
2. Absolutely no refunds. Once your order is placed, our staff is immediately engaged in creating your ad. All ads are images and require set-up and artwork by our staff.
3. It is the responsibility of the purchaser or prize winner to use and provide an email address without filters for communication regarding their purchase/winnings. Failure to do so may result in important information being blocked from their receipt. No refunds will be made under circumstances where the purchaser/winner fails to do so.
4. Your advertisement URL can not  contain scripts that alter users browser settings or contain any frame breaking codes. TEST YOUR SITE HERE to be certain that your site is not a framebreaker.
5. All cancellations must be received prior to the anniversary date of joining. It is the responsibility of the member to cancel their subscription at the appropriate payment processor.
6. It is the responsibility of the advertiser (purchaser) to proofread their own banner ad and insure the link provided works. Management can not be responsible for errors or omissions.
7. No bulk email or unsolicited email to be used in conjunction with or attached to the link for Banner Ad Blasts. Reported abuse will result in the immediate termination of advertisers account. No refunds for breach of terms of service.
8. Publication of submitted banners are generally completed within 24 hours of purchase . Ads submitted on weekends and holidays will be added on the next business day. All ads are published in order of receipt.
9. Prizes awarded that were not created by or delivered through Banner Ad Blasts direction are not guaranteed. In event of defective products we reserve the right to replace said products with alternative products of equal value as determined by us. Prize winners understand and hold harmless Banner Ad Blasts and its parent company of Internet Business Assets or any of their sister websites for any circumstances from their participation in this program.
10. Banner Ad Blasts is not responsible for any delays in the operation of this program due to conditions beyond our control. In the event of a substantial interruption we reserve the right to credit accounts on a prorated basis.
11. Banner Ad Blasts are sent through the SafelistWeb Pearls safelist system and the safelists at Safelistsweb and My Biz Bot. In order to receive Banner Ad Blasts you must be a registered member of these lists and read the incoming email at the 'contact' address you provide when joining.
12. When joining, the use of filtered 'contact' email addresses; addresses that require our validating a link or email accounts with A.O.L. are prohibited. These types of email accounts may and in most case will, block important account information from reaching you.
13. Banner ads will run for the period paid for from the date of the first publication here up to and including the delivery of the stated amount of exposures as advertised when joining. Ad exposures where advertiser's links are masked and replaced with prize pages DO NOT count against the stated amount of exposures agreed to at your time of joining.
14. In the event that a dispute through a clients payment processor arises, all purchases will be placed on hold until such time as the dispute is resolved. Once resolved any product or service purchased will be delivered in full as described on the sales page.
15. In the event any images or links provided by the account holder are found to be inaccessible, we reserve the right to remove that image or ad until such time the advertiser provides working images and links.
16. Banner Ad Blasts reports deceptive or abusive incidents to ScamsnShams.com. We adhere to a policy of Professional behavior in all avenues of our Internet operations. We are working hard to make the Internet a safe and secure place to do business.
17. Advertisers and participants may be contacted with future offers and chances to win.
18. Banner Ad Blasts will attempt to handle any request for support within 24 hours unless prevented from doing so due to conditions beyond our control. We pride ourselves in answering your questions or concerns as quickly and professionally as possible. Please allow additional time for time zone differences, weekends and holidays.
19. Participants agree to hold harmless Banner ad Blast and its affiliated websites for any prizes and the operation of them. In the event a prize winner downloads a product that does not work we reserve the right to replace it with a new product of the same value.
